Ayyam-i-Ha is a multiple-day Baha’i festival that is joyously celebrated in countries and territories all over the world. It typically falls around the end of February and beginning of March, when the four or five days of this period are inserted between the last two months of the Baha'i calendar. It stands in contrast to a period of fasting that follows, which is  a time of abstinence and inner contemplation and transformation.
